This is the debut offering from Central Coast four piece Elliot the Bull. Mixed into the sound are elements of rock, pop, folk, and country. The various elements work together brilliantly to create something unique that also paints a vivid regional soundscape.

Paint the sky has that vintage Australian rock sound to it with some great sing-a-long moments along with some really solid harmonies that add an extra layer of depth. Cup of nestor is a more laid back affair with a nice country feel to it. The music flows along nicely and makes you feel like you are traveling down a country highway. The country vibe continues with the mellow Say you love me too. The song starts off soft and simple and then builds gradually towards a layered hazy atmosphere. The EP closes with the darker, folkish Slept through winter. There is a chilling unnerving feel here while at the same time there is a certain energy to the tune that gathers pace towards the end resulting in a massive finish!

This is a very promising debut EP. Across he four tracks the band show off their ability to take on various styles and sounds and put them all together to create a sound of their very own!
