This is the latest EP from Canberra 3 piece rockers Super best friends. Across the 5 tracks the band exert massive blasts of raw energy and grunt. The band manage to achieve a great late ’70s vibe to their sound without it sounding tired or contrived. As a result this recording is fast, rocking and a lot of fun!

No logo is a joke is a really fun rocking tune! There’s a massive blast of raw grunt while at the same time the band are really enjoying themselves which translates into a really enjoyable listen. The uncanny drum sounds are really cool and give the song a unique edge!

Karma karma is a  fast and furious mix of punk rock and electronic reminiscent of Regurgitator. The song races by with several blasts of energy and some great song/shout along moments. It’s short sweet and a lot of fun.

The bleaches is a hart hitting tune full of confronting and politically satirical lyrics about race delivered sharply and with a heap of passion.

You want it sees the band get even faster and achieve an even rawer sound led by a heavy garage rock lead guitar and a great sing-a-long chant.

The EP closes with the blasting It’s an evolution. Consisting of a grungy guitar, thumping drums and a whole heap of grunt the track ensures the EP with as big of a blast as it began with.

This is a great offering with 5 tracks that are short, sweet and packed with energy. There are no dull moments here with the band putting in a heap of energy into their sound resulting in 15 minutes of hard hitting rock that pulls no punches!
